the best way to learn english

Hi everyone, I think the best way to learn english is to get use to it, instead of just aiming for higher score in the TOEIC test. I scored 950 in the Toeic test three years ago, I was pretty excited when I first got the result. But later I realized that the score does not necessarily reflect my level of English. One might think a person scoring higher than 900 must be good in English. But the fact is that it is DEAD English. I know a lot of people who got high scores, but cannot say a word in English. The real way to improve English is to speak with a native speakers (without being afraid of making mistakes), and write in English as much as possible. I hope anyone who are aiming for higher TOEIC score will also discover the happiness from English learning. |
